Win With Christ
"Whoever wins, he will Kududukkan together with me on my throne ..." Revelation 3:21 b
Salvation which we receive from Christ does not stop when we repent and accept Jesus as our Savior. But we must still continue to work on safety that we have received. Do not let our spirits sagging or becoming lukewarm, like that of the church at Laodicea (Rev. 3:15-17). Because one day, our deeds will be judged by God.
How do I get in the end we can win with Christ?
A. BUY GOLD HAS REFINED IN API
"... That you purchase rather than the gold mine that has been refined in the fire, so that you become rich" Wah 3:18 a
Pure gold is obtained through a heating process in a very hot fire.
The word "purchase" means there is a price to pay.
Let our lives will always be processed by the Lord, that we are the pure before Him (1 Pet 1:7).
Dare pay the price for the Lord. Without sacrifice, there would be no glory, as Jesus died on the cross (Matt. 16:24).
2. WEARING WHITE CLOTHES
"And also the white garments, that you wear it, so do not look your shameful nakedness" Wah 3:18 b
White clothing is a symbol of purity and safety (Albert Barnes Notes on the Bible).
Let us always "wearing" purity and safety at all times.
Keep our hearts from all uncleanness and sin, so that our nakedness invisible (like Adam and Eve).
Repent every day.
3. CURRENCY FOR OIL grease
"And more oil to lubricate your eyes, so that you can see the" Wah 3:18 c
The oil referred to in this paragraph serves as a remedy for weak eyes (Albert Barnes Notes on the Bible).
Let the Holy Spirit's eyes always light up our hearts so that we can always see what is the plan for us (Eph 1:18).
Let our eyes constantly fixed on him, so the salvation we have received we can continue to do with the strength He gives to us.
And in the end we will win and sit together with Him in His throne.
Dare pay the price for Christ. Stay away from uncleanness and sin. Living in the Spirit, asking the Holy Spirit.
